Trusting Your Intuition: The Power of Self-Belief

For years, I heard a voice inside me—a quiet but persistent truth that never wavered. It spoke even when the people around me did not. Life had been pushing me to establish stronger boundaries, especially in relationships and friendships, but it wasn’t until 2024 that I truly understood the depth of my intuition. That year, I endured the hardest spiritual attack I had ever faced. Unlike before, this time, it was entirely mental.

I had endured spiritual attacks for over a decade, but in 2024, I reached my breaking point. My intuition urged me to look deeper, to question, to research. It led me to study psychological manipulation, and what I learned not only confirmed my suspicions but also empowered me. I realized that my intuition had been guiding me all along—I had simply never trusted it.

Learning to Trust Myself

One of the most important steps I took in strengthening my intuition was isolation. I stopped seeking external validation and started listening to my own voice. I reminded myself daily: I am capable of making my own decisions, and I need to trust myself. Every time my intuition spoke, I chose to wait and observe. Time and time again, my instincts were confirmed. It was shocking, yet not surprising—deep down, I always knew my discernment was strong. I just hadn’t used it as much as I should have.

The Power of Discernment and Intuition

Discernment and intuition go hand in hand. When I combined the two, they saved me from bad situations and helped release me from those that no longer served me. I started making decisions based on my integrity, values, and morals. I have good character—so why shouldn’t I trust myself?

Practical Ways to Strengthen Your Intuition

If you’re struggling to trust your inner voice, here are a few ways to strengthen your intuition:

  1. Silence the Noise: Take time away from external influences. Whether it’s social media, certain relationships, or distractions, quiet your environment to hear yourself more clearly.

  2. Listen and Observe: The next time your intuition speaks, don’t dismiss it. Wait, watch, and see if it’s confirmed.

  3. Educate Yourself: Just like I did with psychological manipulation, if something feels off, research it. Knowledge empowers your intuition.

  4. Trust Small Decisions First: Start with smaller choices—what to eat, which route to take, who to engage with. As you build confidence in your instincts, it becomes easier to trust them in bigger decisions.

  5. Align with Your Integrity: Your intuition works best when it’s rooted in your values and character. Make decisions that align with who you truly are.

A Newfound Confidence

Now, I no longer hesitate. I make my own decisions and trust that they are right because they are based on my integrity and wisdom. Trusting my intuition has been one of the most liberating and empowering things I have ever done, and I hope this post inspires you to do the same.

Your intuition is powerful—trust it, honor it, and let it guide you to the life you deserve.
